TS & Baak assault the Temples and assassinate the Citizens inside!

Although only Timid this time - we're building the skills to win this one on any level!

Dogpile on the Bacon!

After most of both armies are wiped out at the center going for the Bacon, it comes down to a Pathfinder battle which TS/NKI win (although there is a spectacular long shot from Kaor against TS/NKI's Warlock that's not to be missed!)

Baak/Kaor have taken the Bacon in the meantime and manage to get it on top of the castle (check out the bounce on that blast! lol!) - but how did it turn blue? :)

Then there is an eerie silence... Baak/Kaor know that TS/NKI have at least one Pathfinder still alive...

After several previous attempts (some of which didn't go too well :) ) we decided to bring out the heavy artillery - in the form of Rocket Dwarves!!

We were completely fried (we started this game at 2:22 AM MT) but were absolutely determined to nail those never-ending waves of Thrall and Mauls...

This was a classic case of ONE LAST GAME! LOL!

All I can say is: WE COMPLETELY ROCKED!!!

It was like Bowling for Thrall! :)

This is such a great map! Especially with Sak Cannons!!

Kaor and Baak actually start out quite close to one another - and appear to be heading right for each other! - but both move back, thus avoiding an early confrontation...

TS and Kaor get into a Cannon battle - hearing the shots in the distance, Baak sneaks in for a surprise attack on TS - a little Fetch and two really good Cannon shots!

But check out the biggest Wight assault on land yet as TS sneaks **SIX** Wights into Baak's entire melee army! BOOOOOOM!! Baak sees this at the last second - but it is way too late! Nice, TS!!

As this is going on - Baak is trying to hit Kaor with one Cannon and the rest of TS's forces with the other - TS has pushed the Bacon way into the corner, at the Waterfall - and has a Sak and a bunch of Soulless to defend! Baak gets a Cannon shot in that helps to balance his melee against TS's and then goes all out for the Bacon - it is a close ending!

Man this was a tense one!! Baak grabs the Bacon and pushes it over the cliff as NKI is closing fast!

Baak and NKI do a nice back-and-forth over the Bacon (there's a funny point where Baak uses his Fetch to move the Bacon away from the cliff only to have NKI do the exact same thing back to the original spot! Check it out!)

Baak takes it to a temporary hill to defend and then decides to move it at the last minute - only he gets too caught up fending off NKI to continue moving the Bacon up the ramp, and is overwhelmed by TS's assault!

... This one is close right to the end!

Baak/Kaor grab the Bacon amidst a TS/NKI onslaught and direct it (sort of) back towards their army - it gets stuck as the Heron moves it over the small hilly terrain...

Several great little battles in this one - Fetch, Warlocks, you name it!

Watch for a Baak/Kaor "auto-fire-friendly-fire-mishap" from their Warlock that appears to have been targeting TS/NKI's Spiders (what was he thinking?!)

The Warlock gets fried by a TS/NKI Fetch, and the Fetch is taken out by some nimble little Ghôls...

Meanwhile, TS/NKI have taken the Bacon to a good defensive spot. Baak/Kaor move in cautiously and manage to whittle their way in - well, I won't spoil it! - check it out! :)

Oh man, this was a tense one!! Baak has taken the Bacon to a defensive position, only to find that he is sandwiched between TS and NKI! Lucky for him TS has been hammered by two SpiderWights - first from NKI right at the start of the game (taking out roughly 50% of his army!) and then from Baak a bit later that shaves off another 25% or so!

While NKI is attacking Baak from one side, TS comes up and takes the Bacon from the other side and moves it directly under a NKI defended cliff! NKI has two Fetches and two Mortar Dorfs on this hill! After TS's demise, it's up to Baak to get it back - he loses 25% of his army (half of what remained at this point) trying to run and grab it. Needless to say this does not work against NKI's defense!

Baak manages to sneak in a flank attack but has a Mortar Dorf "dud" at the worst possible moment - the mortar drops harmlessly at the feet of both of NKI's Dorfs! lol! NKI quickly dispatches the offending Baak Dorf... Baak is being shredded by NKI's height advantage, so he decides to attack the Bacon instead and launches it away from the cliff. NKI sneaks in a solo Myrk who goes running with the Bacon, but Baak hunts him down relentlessly with a pair of Mauls and a Fetch. The Bacon finally gets stuck and Baak overwhelms the Myrk in the final seconds... GG!!

Baak/Kaor grab the Bacon and run head-on into the TS/NKI hordes. This does not go well for Baak/Kaor, and leaves them with 36% to TS/NKI's 71% - with 13:30 left in the game!

But with their remaining Bowmen and a Dorf, Baak/Kaor manage to whittle TS/NKI down to 14% to their 9% in the closing minute of the game - making for some tense moments when it's hard to tell for sure who's going to take it!
