Ahoy mateys!

I have caught word of a certain weekly ritual involving THE BATTLE PLAN of OoH!

I have always thought of it as a thing of LEGEND, but now I remain convinced that it is REAL. I have learned from a credible source that you who safeguard THE KNOWLEDGE of OoH from outsiders are sometimes inclined to share your innermost secrets with those who demonstrate their worthiness!

I have searched for and wide through the centuries and never 'til now have I encountered opportunity to obtain the object of my dreams! So I urge, nay, I beseech you, brethren! that I may be granted a place beside you during your most beloved ritual.

To aid in your decision I have attached a general work history and a bag of gold doubloons!*

May the farce be with you--

LN.

*Gold Doubloons not actually included.

Dang fine print. Had me looking for duobloons for half an hour! Not even a single piece of eight...

£N*, What a nice introduction and happy surprise. I've always counted my experiences with you as pleasant, positive and fun. It'd be great to have you join us.

*Aside question: do Windows users see the "£" symbol (made by typing option-3), which, if you can't, is a fancy-looking "L"?

Well, other than the whole pirate motif being SOooooo last year (this year it's Steampunk Leprachauns, baby!), I give this introductory note a solid B+ - which is WELL above passing grade.

Yeah Frum I see the "fancy" L, but I cannot recreate it myself. I'm a PC user. LN can be trusted.

Welcome! :D

P.S. The £ is the British "Pound Sterling" currency symbol, which is probably why some people prefer to call the "#" a "hash symbol" rather than a "pound sign".

It's late and I'm tired and uninspired so I won't write anything witty, playful or clever BUT I'd like to be a part of weekly FUN (instead of angsty liger-esque games and unfulfilling tournament games where nobody shows up) games of myth.

If you'll have be I'd be much obliged. And if not I'll throw myself off the nearest bridge by which I mean I won't be offended at all and will carry on my merry way oops it appears I tried to be witty and now I'll stop good night.

;-P

I know I can't speak as an official OoH member, but in the words of Pyro, golem can be trusted.

And he's not half bad either.

EDIT: Forgot to insert the obligatory, appropriate emoticon! :) ;) Gosh I need glasses. It's one of these.

EDIT2: "Pyro approves of this message."
