Be sure you have the 1.7.1 Update, available on the top of the Battle Plan, along with the three main BIGZIP files (#1, 2, 3).

That should be enough, unless there is something not in those that others want to play (hint: if there is, the earlier you let everyone else know, the better).

somehow i missedt he later comments to this thread so completely missed the discussion of earlier gametime.

earlier actually works a LOT better for me (I was a "maybe" for the 'normal' start time) so i'll send out a reminder and mention that there may be people around if anyone wants to show up a couple of hours earlier - say at 8pm Eeastern.
