Downloads Tweak Update

I've reworked the downloads on the OoH site again after discovering a potential problem that might be causing grief for those doing "resumable" downloads.

If you've been having problems downloading in the past from the Battle Plan and/or OoH Downloads page, please try a couple of downloads again now and post your results here.

Scratch: I noticed recently you seemed to be failing to download a couple of BIGZIP files, and I would really like to know if they are working for you now.

VR and GK: I'm wondering if resuming incorrectly was causing you grief. Please run a couple of tests for me.

Hmmmm... Seems to be getting an error on big files (120MB+) - I'm going to check with the host to be sure they are not cancelling the script (they might very well be doing so since it's a special PHP script). Small files are not affected.

Will post an update once I hear back from them.

This should be fixed now (I haven't tested it yet though).

Basically the script I wrote for downloading files was relocated and they hadn't updated the server's whitelist with the path.

Let me know if you have any problems.
