Order of H'Pak

I've re-compressed the News and Feedback/Support forums into one (since we're not getting any Feedback or Support questions here), and made sure that registered users can post there (they couldn't a few months ago - doh!).

I've also rearranged the forums to section out the MWC forums from the Member/Special Guest forums and Exclusively for Members forums.


In addition, vinylrake has been given Administrator privileges, so you might want to give him a cookie next time you see him.
