Dragon Quest 8

Tomorrow is gonna be a big day for me, normally i don't really get so excited about video games to where i'd get them the day they come out. well the only exception was when myth 2 came out which was forever ago, but tomorrow, which is tuesday november 15 dragon quest 8 is coming out for playstation 2, i've been so excited about this one for months, drooling over every article i read about it, i had ordered a demo for it and got it several weeks back, and played it for an afternoon and actually made myself stop because i was having so much fun with it, that i didn't want to be dissapointed when i got to the end of the demo. i haven't bought a game for my playstation 2 in quite a while, i've been playing more games on my PC lately, since i'd gotten the new one, but i think this console game will definately be worth it. Dragon Quest 8 is a a turnbased RPG style game, kinda like the old school style, but it seems to have a lot of depth to it. I read that the dragon quest games are huge in Japan, like so big that they have to release the game on the weekend because so many people cut school and work on the day it comes out. Due to my lack of employment though i should have plenty of time to play dragon quest 8 this week after i get it, whoohoooo

Hey how did that DragonQuest game work out? Is that why we haven't seen you around as much lately? Is that "woman" you've been hanging out with named "Jessica" by any chance?

Dragon quest 8 is going along pretty good, i think i'm probably halfway through it, i haven't been able to play as much as i'd like since my new job stuff has been keeping me pretty busy lately. but yah its a great game, i'm really enjoying it so far. the game itself is huge, like the world map is big, if my charachter hadn't found the map, he'd be totally lost. It has a great cast of charachters, all the charachters are very likable and the voice acting in it is great, and the musical score in the game is fantastic, the game has a fully orchestrated soundtrack that has some really catchy songs. haha the voice acting is important because some games i've played the voice acting is soooo bad, that i can't help laughing. anyways i'd definately reccomend this one to anyone who plays PS2
