Frum I am all down with the google-hating.

I think google does what it does well - e.g. put things most people are looking for at the top of the search results, but it definitely isn't the best source of info out there.

I was struck just yesterday by this truth as I was looking for information about an old Myth Map/Plugin called "dud satchel dump".

I searched google and got NO results at all:
"Your search - "dud satchel dump" - did not match any documents. "

Both Yahoo and Altavista found two links to the Myth Map Atlas and one to a spreadsheet listing information about maps uploaded to udogs hotline server. w00t!

When I searched on Frumius using Altavista it turns up a bunch of you-related links in Altavista. OoH, imperium and vbl links, your website, mwc, mac pages, your legend, etc.

Yeah, I removed the signatures mainly because they can get pretty annoying (and take up a lot of vertical space), but also because we had a couple of bogus users register and post garbage just so they could get their signatures in everyone's face with multiple "Try So-and-so Casino" links in it.

I figured that removing signatures would help reduce the incentive for these guys big-time.

So you let riff-raff like VR and Frum in but you deny us the chance for quick mega profits at one of America's leading casinos?
